The Idra wall light features a pull cord switch and is made from metal with an aged bronze finish. The glass shade is champagne ribbed glass which diffuses the light from a single bulb. No these have to be bought separately, this allows you the opportunity to choose the colour temperature 2700k for a warm inviting feel, most people use this in the lounge or bedroom or 4000k for a more crisp white, most people use this in the kitchen or study but it's a personal preference.
