COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE 5th JANUARY 2021

Now the country is in another phase of dealing with the pandemic, with another full lockdown, we are doing all we can to maintain our service commitments. We are following government guidelines and are very mindful of ensuring that all our operations, both on- and off-site, safeguard our teams and customers. 

Our Sales Office remains open for the usual Monday to Friday business hours. We will be doing our best to answer all calls and queries, but when we are all working from home everything does take a little longer, so please bear with us. If your query is not urgent you may find it more convenient to email rather than call. 

Please do let us know if you will be unable to receive orders – this would be immensely helpful to our despatch staff and carriers.

We all appreciate the first priority for everyone is to follow government advice to do all we can to safeguard ourselves and others and support the NHS. Our teams would like to reassure you that, working within these guidelines, they remain committed to providing the very best service they can.
