Yes this fitting is adjustable on installation to a minimum height of 57cm and a maximum height of 150cm.
I have an older house, there is no earth cable where I want to fit my light, can I use this light?
Yes this product is double insulated and is designed to be safe to use where there is no earth cable. It can still be used where an earth cable is present. Your electrician should ensure that earth continuity is maintained in the rest of the wiring loop.
