This is a quality ceiling light with a cone shaded adjustable spotlight of spun metal with a neat rolled edge, on a neat, circular wall plate. The solid shade of this wall spotlight can be tilted and turned to direct light exactly where you want it. Comes with a twisted, light brown braided fabric cord for a vintage character look. Takes 1 x 40W max SES golfball light bulb (not included).

No these have to be bought separately, this allows you the opportunity to choose the colour temperature 2700k for a warm inviting feel, most people use this in the lounge or bedroom or 4000k for a more crisp white, most people use this in the kitchen or study but it's a personal preference.
