What can I do to save energy?
The type of light bulb you use plays a big part in energy bills. The Energy Saving Trust estimates that a home using exclusively LED bulbs will save approximately £35 – £55 less a year in energy.
Switching to LED light bulbs that turn an existing light into an energy-efficient one is a quick and easy option. Given the current cost of electricity, if you can change even a few of your most regularly used bulbs for LED, then this can start to have an impact on lowering your energy use.
